About:

Dalek Caan went back to the Time War, which should have been impossible, as it was time-locked. With him being able to get back to it, has the Time War been unlocked? What would that imply for earth and the rest of the universe? Does it have anything to do with the increased rift activity?

The rift is starting to let even more through than usual. People from different times and places appear in Cardiff. Torchwood is busy rounding them up, finding places for them to stay and capturing dangerous aliens.

Things start to get out of hand when people get infected by an alien substance. They suddenly believe to be living in another world. For some it is a world where their dreams come true, for other just a different reality or their worst fears becoming real. Some remember that things used to be different and others don't.
How can they get back to reality? Do they even want to?
Will you character be one of the infected or one of the people that remember and have to try to save the infected and fight back the aliens?

The rpg starts after Doctor Who season 4, Torchwood season 2 & Sarah Jane adventures season 1.
