Who: Heather McConel + OPEN
When: 2259.082 [03/23/2259]
Where: U.S.S. Enterprise → Deck 16 (to 19): Shuttle Hanger
What: There's a bit of a malfunction with the gravity stabilizers in the Hanger.
Rating: G
Heather was standing in the observation room overlooking the Shuttle Bay, a perplexed expression on her face. One the other side of the see-through barrier there were cargo containers and shuttle crafts and the other miscellaneous items found around the hanger. Only, instead of being in their right place, they were all floating around the room. (Well, the shuttles hadn't moved much having their own grav stabilizers inside and being so heavy but the rest of the stuff definitely had.)
Pursing her lips, Heather shook her head. "Well, that ain't right..." She looked at the technicians who'd been manning the bay. "An' ye say oxygen levels are normal?"
One tech pulled the hanger stats up onto the computer she was looking at. "All gasses are well within standard protocols."
Heather nodded. "So it's not a problem with the force fields." In that instance there'd be issues beyond the gravity malfunction. "You're thinkin' the grav stabilizers are malfunctioning, then?"
The techs both nodded their ascent. "But we haven't been able to get to them yet..."
"Because they're in the bay under the floor paneling." Heather pulled a face; that had been poor designing on their part. Today definitely wasn't a day to wear her skirted uniform. She'd have to change before tackling the problem on the ground. (This was going to be a six-plus coffee day, she knew it.)
