When Meredith started to fuss, Shaun did, too. "Sorry," Fred said as Caitlin slipped her son out of his carrier.
"No worries. I think he's just hungry," Caitlin said as she cuddled Shaun close to her. As she did, Rodney opened up the diaper bag and pulled out a bottle, along with a heating sleeve.
Meanwhile, Daniel let out a sigh of relief when Kade came back with Molly and Aden. When his daughter came over and hugged him, Daniel hugged her tightly before pulling back. "I know you are, sweetie, but you can't wander off like that. We bring you out here to have fun and to get away from the city, but if you keep wandering off, we won't come out here anymore," he explained to her.
"Okay, dad," Molly said before she sat down to play with CJ and Chase.
"Ew," Finn said as Lis, Callie and him came back to the blanket. "My mommy and daddy keep kissing!"
"I know your pain, Finn," Alex said as she patted his arm. "My mommy and daddy kiss a lot, too."
"No kidding," Rodney added as he handed the bottle to Caitlin.
Fred snorted and rolled her eyes. "When I took Mere in for her month checkup, you had poor Carson in a corner, Rodney, so don't act so innocent," she said before she handed one of mere's bottles to John.
Caitlin raised her eyebrows. "Is that where Carson got that hickey?" she asked with an amused look.
Rodney flushed and rubbed the back of his neck. "Maybe," he muttered.
