When Evan felt everything rush through his wife, he had to suppress a moan. He didn't think this was the right time to start touching. Sitting back, Evan listen to her speak and nodded his head. He wished he knew what to say to make her feel better but he didn't. It wasn't that he hated what was happening to his wife...he just didn't know what to tell her.
When she stood from the couch, he sighed. "Kyri," he started to say but stopped as she continued to speak. Standing, he went over to her, acting the fact she felt they couldn't touch. Evan looked at her and reached down to take her hand in his. "I want to have a child, too, so don't worry about it," he said. "We'll get through this together, Kyri. Don't feel like you have to avoid touching me."
Tugging her closer, Evan softly kissed her before pulling back. "We'll figure out a way to make you feel more comfortable. I promise," he whispered. He ran his fingers over her cheek and tucked a strand of hair behind her ear. "Are you going to be all right?"
