Max yelped a little when Ronon stepped on her toes, and moved back. Looking at him, she raised her eyebrows, and nodded. "Yeah...taking off your boots is a good idea," she said. The last thing she wanted was to end up in medical with a broken toe. "And don't worry about it. My brother's a pretty big guy, and I taught him how to dance. He stepped on my toes a lot."
Stepping back, Max allowed Ronon room to take off his boots. When he was finished, she stepped forward, and took his hand again. With her free hand, she took Ronon's free hand and placed it just above her waist. Once again, she felt a tiny spark, and furrowed her brow. "You must have a lot of static in here," she commented before placing her hand on his upper arm. She raised her eyebrows when she felt how muscular he was. "You did pretty good your first time but you need to look at me, and not at your feet."
Max took a deep breath, and started to move them again. They stumbled a couple of times, but quickly recovered. She wasn't expecting Ronon to be as fluid as someone who did this all the time. "You're doing really well," she said as they turned. When they did, the back of Max's legs hit the coffee table, and she stumbled back.
Her behind hit the surface of the coffee, which made a glass of water bounce, and splash on her. Max blinked her eyes, and wiped the water from her face, and continued to sit on top of the table. "We were doing really well until the coffee table tried to kill me," she said as she started to laugh. "You should shoot it for me!"
