Evan startled a bit when he heard Kyri's voice in his head. So this was what most of his friends experienced with the person they loved. No wonder allof them looked at their spouses they way they did. Being able to sense and hear Kyri was the most wonderful feeling he had ever felt. God, I love you so much, he told her after she had agreed to marry him.
He softly groaned when she pressed against her, and he felt her need. Evan knew they just couldn't be together right there so he pulled back and looked at her. Lets go to that hut by the river, he suggested, knowing no one would bother them there.
"Why are they looking at each other like that?" Rodney asked.
"I think they imprinted on each other," Daniel said with a grin.
Evan smiled at his friends before standing. He helped Kyri up, and told John he would be back in the city later. After saying goodbye to all of them, Evan led Kyri to the hut, and opened the door. Once it was closed behind them, he pulled her to him and started to kiss her.
Need you, he said as he started to tug her shirt off.
