Daniel sat down in one of the living room's chairs, and listened to Sam speak. He was utterly amazed by everything she told them. He was sure if he hadn't seen the picture of them from her reality. At least he was doing good somewhere, and not teaching a bunch of college kids about the American Civil War.
Chuckling, Daniel took a piece of pizza from the box, and looked at John. "You went with me to see it," he pointed out before taking a bite.
Meanwhile, Fred sat still, her bottle of beer cradled in her hands, and squinted her eyes. Anyone who knew her would know she was thinking about something. She looked at Sam, and took a drink from the bottle. "So in your reality, I found a way to keep power to the Gate by using one of Sam Beckett's old theories," she said before pursing her lips. "Obviously, the Gate in the museum is dead so it would have to be powered."
"And I'm guessing you just can't plug the Gate in," Daniel commented before taking a drink of his beer.
"No," Fred said as she pursed her lips together. "And I haven't done any research on Doctor Beckett's theories. But, I know someone who did, and he happens to be married to the owner of the security company that the museum has. I'll go give them a quick call."
Standing from the couch, Fred ruffled John's hair before walking about of the living room. Daniel finished off his slice of pizza, and wiped his hands off. He gave Sam another small smile before taking a drink of his beer.
When Fred came back out, she sat back down. "They'll be here soon," she said as she looked at Sam. "Do you remember anything about the power upgrade the other...me was doing?" she asked.
