"Congrats, sweetie," Evan said before he leaned over to kiss her.
Rodney was about to say something to Carson about his remark, but stopped when Jackson started carrying on about his damn watch. With a sigh, he stood with the rest of them, and pretended to look for it. When the older Alex asked where Peyton was, he turned to see Erin and her hiding in the bushes.
"Right here," Peyton said as she held up, and gave her dad a puppy dog look.
Sighing, Alex shook his head. "Didn't we have a talk about this?" he asked. Peyton nodded. "Go give the watch back, and apologize."
As Peyton did as she was told, Rodney looked down at Erin. "You know better, sweetpea," he said before softly bopping her on the nose.
"Sorry, Daddy," she said before running over to see Kade. She plopped down on his lap, and kissed his cheek.
"Did we miss anything?" Daniel asked as he sat down next to Sam.
As Kade told the rest of them what had happened at the meeting, Rodney sat down beside Carson and started to run his hand up and down his back. How long do you think Carson will last once we get home? he asked Cait. When she didn't answer, he furrowed his brow. Cait? Cait! With a sigh, he reached over and poked her in the side.
"What?" she asked.
"I was talking to you," Rodney answered.
"I was being good, and blocking the two of you like Kade taught us," she said as she grinned at Kade.
"Show off," Rodney muttered.
Meanwhile, Max scooted closer to Ronon, and leaned closer to him. "I'm going to get used to all this telepathic stuff, right?" she whispered to him.
