Max softly laughed and shook her head. "My dad owns a sporting goods store, and sells every type of gun he can legally sell, plus he takes part in target competitions. He could never get me to shoot straight, so you might have your work cut out for you, Ronon," she said with a soft smile.
When he stood, Max looked up at him. She then looked at his hand, and furrowed her brow. The offer was nice but she wasn't sure if she should say yes. Max didn't want to upset Ronon's children by being there. With a soft sigh, she looked up at his face and then at his hand again.
"Okay," she finally said. She wrapped her hand around his and stood from the floor. If Ronon was inviting her, then she had to believe it wasn't going to upset his kids.
With a smile, she bent down and rolled up her sleeping bag before stuffing it into its hiding place. "All right. Lead the way," she said.
