Sitting back, John let Daniel explain what was going to Caldwell and Weir about the cloning facility. It was pretty straightforward, but when it came to the Wraith, they all knew that nothing was simple. Especially since they had originally thought that they wouldn't have to be dealing with anything related to the Wraith again.
After Caldwell had left, Paul told them what little he knew about how the facilities were set up. Like with the hive ship, there would be a central computer area that seemed would be the best place to concentrate their C4. They would also need to put explosives at strategic points around the facility.
Even though John trusted every person there with his life, he found himself wishing that Ronon was there.
When they reached P-7345 and teleported down, John shivered as he looked around, memories suddenly coming back to him. "Yeah...this is it," he said as he pulled out his own glow stick.
"Bloody hell, look at all this," Carson breathed as he held his glow stick.
"Carson, behind you!" Paul suddenly yelled as something suddenly made an unearthly screech. Carson immediately ducked and hit the ground as John and Jack raised their P-90s, shooting the shadow that came out of the foggy darkness. A moment later, a body hit the ground.
"What the hell is that?" Jack asked.
Crawling over, Carson held the glow stick up to the face of the body. Or what should have been the face. Instead is seemed to have no eyes and a mouth full of very nasty looking teeth.
"Let me rephrase," Jack said. "What the fuck is that?"
