When Carson suggested they go inside, Caitlin nodded. "Hot chocolate sounds good," she said as Erin started to tug on on her jacket. "What's up, angel?"
"Have rootbeer, Mommy?" she asked.
"Sure," Caitlin said with a smile. "You can even help me get it out of the machine."
Once everyone was up, they started toward the hotel. They got some extra packets of hot chocolate from the front desk before going up to their room. Erin wriggled out of her snowsuit and bounced around as she waited to go get her rootbeer.
Caitlin took her hand and they walked down the hallway to where the soda machine was. Picking Erin up, Caitlin showed her how to put the money in the slot and told her which button to push. When the bottle rolled out, Erin giggled and clapped her hands.
"Look Daddy and Papa! Bought myself!" Erin proudly said when they walked back into the room. She held up her bottle of root beer so they could see what she was talking about. She then hugged the bottle to her chest.
After putting some in Erin's sippy cup, Caitlin sat down on the couch and slightly shivered. "I'm still a little cold," she said.
Rodney sat down beside her and wrapped his arm around her shoulders. "I know something that'll warm you up," he said with a grin.
"Oh really?"
"Uh huh."
Leaning forward, Rodney started to deeply kiss her and Caitlin softly groaned. How long do you think it'll take Carson before he's over here, groping us?
