What: Arthur and Gwen have come to the ball to enjoy themselves. Arthur's on the warpath instead of romance. Because he's a dollop-head.

( He seemed like the charming sort Arthur could only assume, which meant he was entirely untrustworthy. Arthur himself, being an exception to such a rule. )

When: New Years Eve beginning at 8pm
Where: Some ballroom that magically exists in Storybrooke, okay?
What: New Years Eve Ball! Every person in Storybrooke received an invitation to this.
