WHO: Elsa and Open to Anyone
WHAT: Elsa arrives in Storybrooke, and needless to say, is confused.
WHERE: Just entering the town itself, though she starts out a little bit outside.
WARNINGS/RATINGS: Elsa might freeze something, as she's confused and scared. But nothing too bad, really. She's mostly going to be demanding where her sister is.
STATUS: Open and ongoing.

( The last thing Elsa remembered was her sister going off on some pursuit to find out what really happened to their parents )
