Opening Post!
Welcome to Webcomickers! I am your maintainer, raerae. I created the BL webcomic Avalon, and soon to have another comic called Gateweaver.

I hope this community grows into something interesting. And I hope some of you creators learn a few things.

	Hi, nice to meet you. I haven't managed yet to post a webcomic, though have made a couple of comics, one ordinary hard copy which I would LOVE to post at some point, and another one for a friend's birthday. I have a website but haven't a clue how to update it or fiddle with it myself...yet. My ambition is to learn!!! (Reply to this) (Thread)

	What kind of website do you have? Comicgenesis, Smackjeeves, and Drunkduck are all free webcomic hosts that allow you to easily update comics if you want to go that route. http://webmonkey.com/ is a good resource on web developing. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

THIS http://www.sildil.net/ is all I have at the moment, a friend loaded the pictures for me and was going to do the rest one day but never got round to it, now they are quite out of date! I did have someone else who was also helping at one time, but she rather inconsiderately had her degree to study for (LOL) (however, she got a first so it was worth it!!!) I've bookmarked the webmonkey link and will look at that soon, together with the webcomic sites.
