the library book thing is HILARIOUS, but i think that'd likely be settled without a lawyer. they'd just fine the pants off of her. unless it's some kind of really specific awesome book, like the one that opened portals on 'angel.' i could see someone legitimately suing over that.

i think lindsey probably specializes in criminal law, so you might want to go with the case thing. i'm sure he's able to defend someone in a lawsuit, but i think he and lilah are probably less trained in that than other things.

	Actually libraries do arrest over books. I can see it being some pretty important book. That or as she was the last person to see Amelia, the Library staff might think Fred did something to her. Or...Fred could have walked away with something from the Museum and not known about it. They'd certainly think about jailing her for taking something from the Museum.
