"Should we begin to take wagers on which one of us will change first when it comes to this point of contention?"
Zoe smiled behind her helmet's mask. While she might not care for that particular word, she didn't mind the man who said it. She didn't mind that he had damn interesting moments of wit and humor. Damn interesting.
"We could, but I gotta feeling that's a sucker's bet."
"You could be quite right."
"Now, what did you 'madam' me for?" Getting them back on topic.
"We've had a sighting. Information coming."
Zoe sighed softly as she saw exactly who might be out there waiting for the Bat, or for her.
"Thank you, Alfred." With that she put the BatMule on the right path, stopping a block away from the one known as Bane. This one was dangerous; technically all of the Bat's enemies were dangerous, so she supposed it was all the same.
Moments later the Bat swung round a building and came to rest on a balcony not far from Bane.
"You are not welcome here." The voice would be somewhat familiar - very similar to the original.
