As he entered the building and caught wind of the music being mixed, John smiled and made his way through the building. He didn't knock, just in case Eric was recording something, and entered as quietly as a breeze.
He watched the other working on his music. They didn't have the same background or initial style, but John appreciated the music Eric came up with. And their methods blended well when they played together.
When it seemed like Eric had gotten to a pause point John cleared his throat lightly. He knew Eric had picked up on his presense the moment he'd entered the building, if not earlier, but it seemed more polite than just to begin talking as he melted out of the shadows.
