It was not the first time that Bane had spent all of his time working out. Not just physically, but mentally. Rolling through all the information that was stored in his mind thanks to his eidetic memory. He had been strong when he'd entered the prison, a form to be reckoned with. He was even moreso now. Because of their conversations, Bane knew that Brant was also stronger.
He knew that the man was also the ideal pawn to use in a game to bring down the city around them. Though from how they'd talked, Bane had led Brant to believe that he was more than that. An equal. They would execute their mutual plans together, form them into one entity.
The commotion made by the destruction of the cell had brought Bane to the small window in his own door. He had watched the dinosaurs go by with a vague amusement. After the last place he'd been, it was difficult for him to disbelieve that the creatures were real. Brandt had also mentioned such things being in his own past experience.
Now they stood in the hallway. Face to face. Bane studied Brandt carefully. The man was definitely what he'd hoped for. The body attached to the head was well defined. It had been before, Bane could see that. It was nice to know he hadn't been lied to about that much, which made him hopeful that he hadn't been lied to about the rest, either.
"Freedom is not something we should take for granted." He stated. "But it is also something we need to take full advantage of."
