Tony's arms made her feel better. Tony's voice did, as well. As did his gentle chiding. She was sure she'd stop shaking by the time they got back to the Tower. She had to. Annie hated that anybody was able to make her feel this way.
She took his help getting into the car. More because she didn't want to stop touching him than she actually needed the help. Annie had almost forgotten she'd been wearing the suit, and it reminded her as she attempted to sit down and the feeling of it was much different than she'd anticipated.
Annie waited until Tony sat down and then sat as close as she could, careful to make sure that her unarmored arm was near his. She wanted the skin to skin contact.
