Peggy frowned and a crease formed in her own brow as she studied the woman before her. "We do not live in a barn, Siggy. Nor out in a vast wasteland where hunting our own God is necessary. This isn't where either of us are from, this age is more modern and advanced. Both of our lifestyles are outdated and quite outlandish in some aspects."
Then the agent sighed. "If you need those things, it's best we find a place that isn't the apartment in efforts to get them. I'm sure we can come up with something. Perhaps we can build a hearth in the park, it's open enough. Steve and Lieutenant Barnes can help us create it. It shall be grand, I should say, with all of us helping."
There had to be a way to compromise without sacrificing the apartment.
