Jo hung on tightly as Logan maneuvered the bike through the City streets. She did her best not to think too much about the fact that it'd been since... well, since Ted that she'd been this close to anyone physically. That feeling sort of mixed up her feelings on all of this. Particularly when she tried not to think about how he smelled kind of nice. A little musky, in a good way.
She laughed quietly when Logan tried to explain that the bar wasn't as rough as it looked.
"I don't really drink at anything but dive bars, so it looks just fine to me."
She didn't mention yet that she owned a bar. Maybe she should have offered that as an option because they could drink on the house there, but the Roadhouse was still a source of mixed feelings as well. She was glad to have it back exactly as it was supposed to be but the apartment above it seemed to represent a choice and the Roadhouse itself held a lot of past history and not all of it was pleasant.
