There was one person that did stick out. Not because he was running around like a madman, which he was, but because he clothing did not fit in with the modern time period. It looked more Victorian with the long coat, vest, pocket watch and, yes, bow tie.
He looked like he belonged in a Jules Verne novel.
He might have run right past Logan except something caught his eye and he stopped. "That is quite the hair. It almost makes a statement just..."
The Doctor motioned with his hands on each side of his head.
"Right, would love to stay and chat, you look new and everything. Can be a bit disorienting at first, but I am conducting important research. Very important. Couldn't possibly stay, not even for a Jammy Dodger."
The Doctor stared at Wolverine's face which was naturally surly.
"Well, alright, if you insist. This is The City. It's sentient, quantum locked and as of yet there's no way out. Any questions?"
