The crone didn't fight the grab. She knew it was coming; it was always coming with him, and she wasn't complaining. She curled her small body up quite easily on her husband's lap, pulling her robe a little so that she wasn't overexposed. Eric knew her body, but sometimes reminding him of it by keeping it hidden wasn't such a bad thing.
"Mmm." Her eyes closed as she curled up a little more, her forehead rested against the Viking's jaw. "You feel his loss." Her hand lifted to rest over a heart that didn't beat. Her fingers softly rubbed before slipping up to his throat, then higher to his jaw, further back to his hair to give a soft tug.
"They come and go, my king. There will be others if you wish. There will be another son for you." She sat up to look in his eyes, pressing a soft quick kiss to his lips. "Should you want him."
