A space ship. An actual, honest to God spaceship. If Bruce didn't know better he would've found the idea completely ridiculous because that would cater to the thought that there was life outside of the Earth realm. Of course in this City nothing surprised the genius anymore so the fact that Wash actually had a space craft wasnt something that Bruce found unusual.
But the sight of the thing was something to relish. It was absolutely stunning. The vision of the ship as Bruce approached on his bicycle was something that rendered the scientist speechless, and make him wonder why he hadnt become an astronaut. Then he remembered his condition and was glad he didn't have to be trapped in a tony metal container way up in space.
He tried not to shiver too badly at the though.
Bruce halted the bike near the open doorway, pushing the kickstand down with a foot. Dismounting the machine, Bruce approached the ship and tried not to gawk. He looked up at the Serenity as made his way into the holding deck, eyes sweeping the inside of the beautiful ship. He absorbed the atmosphere, soaking in the potential.
It wasnt as though he had never seen a space ship before, or been inside one, but this one made him feel like a child during the days before his mother's death when he could recall a few instances of glee and revelry. He remembered owning a small toy spaceship but it looked nothing like this.
This was just....."Spectacular."
He never wanted to be trapped for too long on it, though. The Other Guy didn't do too well in confined spaces, however the ship did seem pretty spacious.
