Lois was silent for a few minutes. She wasn't writing and she wasn't staring. Instead, she was just studying her notes. She finally took a deep breath and looked up to meet Bruce in the eyes.
"Is it okay if I print this? It might be helpful for people to know what to do if they run into your Mr. Hyde."
She took another deep breath, feeling that it was best to warn him about all possibilities.
"There's also a chance that printing this might paint a target on your back. People might feel that you need to be stopped."
She winced.
"I won't make that decision for you. Despite what some people might think about reporters, I'm not going to put someone like you in that position without your permission. Not when this is something you didn't ask for."
Now, if it was a crooked politician or a supervillain, then all bets would be off and Lois would draw them into the limelight whether they wanted it or not.
