When the woman had closed her eyes, Tinker Bell smiled wide, a grin from ear to ear almost, and waited patiently for the magic to start doing it's work. Tink hoped that the sudden motion of flying wouldn't startle the woman too badly, she didn't want her to lose those happy thoughts, especially not when the woman was airborne. She was liable to break an arm if she was too high and lost her train of thought.
It only took half a second, it seemed, for the woman to start floating slowly into the air, and Tink spun around excitedly, dousing the grass and concrete beneath her in gold pixie dust, though it just disappeared without a trace, and Tink fluttered backwards so the woman would have enough room to fly if she wanted to. Of course, it was a natural thing where Tink was from, however this wasn't her world, and it could be taken differently.
