Prompt 5 - Greastest Fear [Open]
What is your greatest fear?

My biggest fear is losing Xena. Actually, my biggest fear is losing Xena because of me. I know that I'm her weakness and that scares me. She will do anything to protect me even give up her own life. I would do the same for her, but it's not really the same thing.

I know we won't live to be old women. We're warriors. I only hope that when we finally do die, that we die together. I'm not sure I could go on without her by my side. Yes, I could survive, I've proved that the first time that she died. I'm just not sure my heart and soul would live.

When Naima showed us our karmic lives I knew then that Xena would die before I did. Her new soul was older than mine. As the 'Mother of Peace' she looked to be old enough to be my mother. I don't want to think that means I'll have at least twenty years without her by my side.

The only thing that comforts me, is that Naima told us that our karmic lives are forever entwined. No matter who dies before the other one if we don't die together, we'll have eternity together.
