Prompt #1: Who Are You?
Well, is that not just the most loaded question ever?

I guess it depends who you talk to, really. (And if you can find anyone to talk to. Most of my friends are either gone post-apocalypse or dead. Which is comforting.)

Who am I?

Seer, Best Friend, Aspiring Actress (well, once upon a time), Visionary, Half-demon? I guess I have a lot of titles, huh? My favourite among those being 'Best Friend' - and maybe Seer on the days where my visions aren't ripping out my skull or causing great, unspeakable evil to impregnate me with it's demon seed. My life is weird, I get this.

I used to be the vain, shallow, has-to-have-everything-just-so-she-can-say-she-has-it kind of girl until I got some purpose in life. And, y'know, a big reality check in the form of my father being arrested for never paying his taxes. Ever. That was a great week.

And now I work for the Powers That Be. The Higher Uppers. Who send formerly-skull-splitting visions to my head in hopes that I can actually change the world (or some small part of it) and save a few helpless in the process.

Like I said, weird.
