Prompt 35 - 24 hours
For 24 Hours, you're given the chance to step in and take over a company, the presidency, or something else of your choosing. What do you do with that 24 hours?

Twenty-four hours? What would be the point? Twenty-four hours isn't even the beginning of a blink in eternity. You might as well ask what you would do in the span of a breath.

Twenty-four days, that is a more tempting prospect. For that span, I would happily use the time beneath the floors of the Holy See to pillage their libraries. The devil alone knows it would be more efficient than the agents I employ to smuggle out occult treasures. Bastardi can barely read the common tongue much less Latin or Greek. Hebrew might as well be so many interesting scribblings to them and I fear that the ignorant, louse-ridden sons of Christ would use any Arabic texts as privy paper.

For twenty-four weeks I could begin some true mischief, but why bother. The rest of the family already has their fingers in those plums.
