Yes, that Logan Echolls. Son of Lynn and Aaron. You may know me from such events as the Bumfights I orchestrated. (For which, I must add, I am deeply sorry. I have found a new respect for the people who have had such difficult lives.) Or you may have heard that I was accused of murder last year - a crime which I did not commit. (The California court system agrees, by the way.)

Hm. I bet you're here because you've been following the trial of my dearly departed father. For the record? I don't care if he was found innocent. I know he slept with my girlfriend, Lilly Kane, then bashed her head in with an ashtray. He's wacky like that.

But I bet what you're really wondering is, who shot Aaron Echolls in his hotel room at the Neptune Grand? This, my friend, is your lucky day, because I am going to tell you.

Forget what you've read. Hollywood is really run by a small, elite organization bound together by their religion. No, not the Jews. This organization believes that angels have come down to Earth in the form of our pets. Yes, you may have a divine being living in your home already. That's why so many pets are worshipped and pampered in L.A. You really think anyone would spend $1800 on a dog bowl for some mutt? These people know exactly what they're doing. "Cherish them on Earth as you would be Cherished in Heaven," the good book says.

It wasn't the statutory rape or the murder that made them off my dad. He committed the worst sin of all, and had to be punished. It's difficult to talk about this, but people need to know. My father was justly executed because he kicked a puppy.

Who am I?

Depends on who you ask and when you ask it. Slut, skank, bitch, badass, or hero- I’ve heard them all and most of the time they’re right.

Doesn’t mean anything really. At the end of the day, I’m the one saving their asses from things that they’re stupid enough to pretend doesn’t exist. That’s all they should care about.

Or maybe you really wanna know who I’ve been- the chick who got suspended every other week, the one who mom didn’t love enough, the murderer, the ex-convict. Yeah, hot shit there to put on my application.

None of those do it for you?

Because really I’m just Faith. And when I know exactly who that is, I’ll think about telling you.

But really, I'm not all that consequential. I'm the type of guy who makes a good friend. I'm loyal, hard-working, and a great wingman. My grades might not be the best, but I do well enough. Oh, and you'll never find a guy more pimp in a pair of glasses and a pocket protector.

I'm not cutting this because it's all important info. Additionally, if you've applied in the last week (unless it's been in the last couple of hours), you should have your invites. The friending list and the claimed character list are current and up to date. Anyone who has applied today will also get processed in the next day or so.

1. We have created an OOC community - voices_carry. Please join with either your mun journal, your muse journal(s) or both as this is where all official game announcements will now occur.

2. Communication is very important in RP settings. Though roleplaying is not required as a part of this group, I know many of you are interested in roleplaying. One way of setting up OOC communication is to put up a post in your muse's journal for that purpose. However, IJ has a nifty to mark that might also be useful for OOC communication. You'll get a notification either when you receive a new private message or the next time you log in to that journal, so you don't even have to remember to check!

3. Just a reminder that only muse journals will be added to voicesinmyhead and voices_rp. You may watch those communities with mun journals, but please do not try to join. You may, however, join voices_carry with your mun journal, since it's an OOC community.

4. Please tag your posts! Every Monday when I post a new prompt, I'll tag it with the prompt number. And as people post their first character prompts, I'm adding tags with each character's name. Please tag your community posts with both of those things.

5. In addition to tagging, we are also utilizing the memories of the community by Muse and Prompt. We will also be setting up tags and memories in the other comms.

6. You may answer prompts at any time, not just in the week that they are current. But please clearly mark in your subject line or post what prompt you are responding to and please tag your post accordingly. All previous prompts can be found here.

7. You are always welcome to mark a prompt response or an RP post as:
[private] = no one else can see it
[locked] = either to a specific character or set of characters -OR- from a specific character or set of characters
[open] = meaning it's viewable/playable to all.

This can be done in the subject line, as an OOC note at the bottom or both.
