Other characters will, of course, come in from time to time. We're going to do our best to keep with canon, but we're not afraid to work with new theories, and you'll see plenty of those here. I'll state right now that we went with 1960 as the birth year for both Remus and Severus, partly because we suck at maths just like JKR does, and it makes it much easier to start with an even number.As the story begins... It is late in 1979. Unbeknownst to his friends, Remus is gay and frequenting gay clubs, many of them in Muggle London to avoid running into people he knows. James and Lily Potter are married. James and Sirius are in the Auror Programme as well as the Order of the Phoenix. Severus and Regulus are casual lovers but Regulus' dedication to Voldemort's cause is beginning to waver. The war is heating up, and the Death Eaters are easily picking off Order members one by one. The Order is disorganized and ill-prepared for Voldemort's strength, and is struggling to gain a foothold against the self-proclaimed Dark Lord. Rating Content will include much NC-17/Adult material for explicit sex and violence, as well as much swearing. This is a war; character deaths are inevitable. Our posting schedule For the foreseeable future, scene posts will occur on Tuesdays and Fridays, though this is subject to change. Photo/multimedia posts will occur as the mood strikes, and won't be considered regular updates. We welcome and enjoy feedback, so feel free to comment on any and all scenes.
