SATINALIA

A holiday dedicated to both the moon of Satina and the Old God Zazikel this holiday is marked by wild celebration, and a masked ball. The main hall of Skyhold is decorated and a feast (provided by Josh) is laid out for every night (there is indeed Ham and while it's advertised as Ham of Despair it's just regular Ham. Hawke is just trolling.) Music is playing almost hourly, and the drinks are flowing wildly. Taking center place in the middle of the hall is a cake made by Bitty, which is big enough to feed everyone.
Toph Beifong was crowned Fool for the week (and as promised was given a silly crown. Our Gracious Ruler has set out the following Rules for the week:

Toph's Very Cool And Amazing Rules:
    OVERALL: You have to refer to Toph as “King Toph” and bow or curtsey (your choice, she’s benevolent) when you approach her. She’s also going to try to get away with “no homework” but that can not fly :D
    DAY ONE: You have to repeat the last word you say (say). Example: King Toph! You’re looking badass today today!
    DAY TWO: (This is dedicated to Matthew) All curse words must be replaced with snack names.
    DAY THREE: Everytime someone says your name, you must either insult them or compliment them.
    DAY FOUR: Anytime you say the word “Vallo” you have to do a little snippet of a ridiculous dance. Must last between 5-30 seconds.
    DAY FIVE: Greeting Toph must be in the form of a song. Turn her name into a song, sing whatever you’re going to say, etc etc.
    DAY SIX: Green & Gold day, you have to wear Green and Gold to today’s festivities!
    DAY SEVEN: The wedding so everyone gets a break?

Hawke is there (has been since last night) and will be wearing this dress and this mask for the Festival, except for the wedding when she'll change into this dress (but keep the mask)

Dorian was there to help set up and arrange food and decorations! He'll also help serve drinks, since he's quite familiar with Skyhold's wine cellar~

Isabela too, of course. She's worked on a lot of logistics re: planning the parties - stuff will have to changed around for the Saturday wedding, so she's happy to do that too, and arrange for a space for Allison to get ready in.

Atreus was there to help setup! And/or to be distracting. But mostly to help! He'll enlist in his father's help for reallllly heavy things but he's fit and strong and ready to be put to work. :D

Toph will be there everyday! She's not wearing different outfits everyday, just her typical earth kingdom gold and green + a gold metal mask that she made + her crown + a scepter she also made, sorry.

She is ridiculous and cannot see you BUT she can hear everything you do and detect movements so 👀

Ronan will drop in on this day (with Adam and any other Gangsey that want to go) so he can get stuck with the cursing rule. He's not much into following rules to begin with, let alone cursing ones, but he likes Toph so he'll play along for an hour or so. He's wearing one of his Sunday suits and a simple black metal mask, and he has his raven Chainsaw with him who is ALSO wearing a little black metal mask that comes out in points. (She'll fling it across the room eventually, but for at least the first 15 minutes, they'll look like a cool pair.)

He'll be back for the wedding but I'm going to save my stuff for the event post for that.

Gansey will go with him because he cannot miss this wearing opportunity with Ronan. He'll enjoy the hell out of it.

He's wearing just a nice navy blue suit and this mask! He'll take a few pics of Chainsaw and end up with her on his shoulder at some point trying to steal his mask ribbon, for everyone to enjoy.

Adam is for sure there, because of the cursing rule, any chance to see Ronan in a suit, and obviously to support KING Toph. He's getting mileage out of the suit he bought with Matthew months ago (snd wearing it again!) He borrowed a simple mask for this night and is probably avoiding the ham, just in case. :D

So I think we're going for a Grecian sort of theme with this night!

Dorian goes for this mask, Bela goes for this one, and there's lots of dancing and ice sculpture maintenance (Dorian will keep them nice and freezing cold with magic~).

Atreus went with this mask and he also went a little spartan - shirtless with shoulder pauldron, leather armor skirt and knee boots. Pls enjoy all of his tattoos on display.

Aang will be around for a couple of the days to hang out with the KING (and be a royal "advisor" when needed) but for SURE he'll be there on this day, because I want him dancing a cute little jig every time he says Vallo. His mask is a metal mask by Toph, like this one, only it looks like his sky bison. He's a vegetarian so he will not eat the ham. XD But he's a lot of fun for a party where dancing is involved, even if he's very young.

Tonight, Alexis was there! And Cullen was her escort/hot date xD She wore this dress, kind of a galaxy motif, and since it doesn't look like the model's mask is see-through, she picked this mask to go with her outfit instead. They enjoyed the festivities and probably did some dumb dances, until Cullen got peopled out and then they skidaddled.

The Venetian masks are hardcore dramatic and Dorian wears one with a nose before he's like, I can't kiss Atreus with this thing on and switches to a simpler one. Bela goes for gold but maybe it's on a stick so she can just hold it in front of her face, for convenience's sake idk~
