That was a lot to take in all at once, especially for somebody who wasn't exactly emotionally open with... anybody, really. Qi'ra certainly didn't count, considering what had happened with that mess - it was in the past but Luke's hesitation when he mentioned 'friends' did made him wonder. He didn't pry, but he noted it down for later consideration as he rolled his shoulders back to loosen the everlasting ache in them from years of war and hard labour. "Our future? Kid, I think you got a knock on the head. Or the cold got to you," he hummed, but Luke quickly changed the subject to the person who'd saved him on Hoth and he spluttered indignantly.
"I- how do you know that?! You were asleep!" and stinking with TaunTaun guts, too. Definitely not his favourite idea, but the doctor had credited him with saving Luke's life and so he really wasn't going to complain. As much as he bitched about him, he didn't know what he'd be doing if Luke hadn't crash-landed into his life with his bratty, do-gooder mentality. Probably something nefarious or dead on the Kessel Run.
