He's a popular one in Tevinter - we named a constellation after him, called Kios. One of the gods of the Tevinter Empire, God of Chaos in particular, though I don't know if I'd call him evil, but the Chantry tends to think that about a lot of things. I suppose it depends on what one thinks about chaos anyway.
