Greetings. My name is Thurvishar D'Lorus. After performing a perfunctory sweep of names on your compiled list I am confident in saying that there is no one here from my world, but if I'm incorrect, I beg your forgiveness. I'm loathe to sum up myself but in short: I am a wizard, and High Lord to the Noble House of Binders - paper, histories, archives, mapmaking, records, you get the idea. In my spare time, I work as the advisor to Empress Tyentso (long may she reign) and get dragged into near-death political deathtraps by my friends whose enthusiasm for life often outpaces their capacity for common sense. This isn't my first alternate dimension, nor will it likely be my last, but I do have three questions here that I would greatly appreciate a response:

I wonder if there has been any study of how time moves in comparison to that of the homeworlds? This notion concerns me greatly, as we are on a-- we'll call it abbreviated -- schedule back home before, in short, total devastation and unending apocalypse strikes, and I would really very much like to avoid all of that, and:
Has anyone else had their magical abilities dampened? I am missing a power that was second nature back home, and it seems to be much weakened here, and finally:
I could use the spiciest curry on saag that Vallo could provide me with. Please, I implore you: blow my head off.

It's--- extremely complicated, but-- well, I'll try to summarize - in a past life, my friend's brother performed a ritual to murder our eight gods, but the ritual wasn't quite correct and transformed my friend into the King of Demons - a being of endless hunger and limitless power. Mostly. He was able to be contained, but unfortunately his prison has weakened. My friend, who is the reincarnated spirit of this-- demon-- with the prison being weakened his split soul is yearning to be rejoined to its original owner. And so he is slowly losing himself. I am currently attempting to find a way to re-imprison the monster before it is too late, but-- we've been largely unsuccessful.

	Right so not very similar to a Wound then. This will sound harsh but do your Gods reside in a different dimension or on another plane? Because your friend may have to go there because I doubt mortals can contain things like this. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

This sounds a lot like if one of the old Sith Lords trying to take someone over, and from what I know there's no way to fix it as they're simply far more powerful. Gods are probably worse. Like I said, will sound harsh but I made arrangements for myself if I fall to the darkside, because I will end up terrible too, and there won't be a way to bring me back. Unless you can find a really stong mental cage, but like I said, mortals aren't meant for this and it'll be temporary. Whoever gets this spirit after your friend, if you find a way to fix it, will have to deal with it too.

	No, you're right, it's not exactly the same, but there are similarities. My friend's cage is failing. It was supposed to last 5,000 years, and it's not even 3,000 and-- well.
