So that Moon Day is coming up and I know I've seen lots of advertisements for some really cool deals--I'm definitely trying out the moon pie and the burger one. Probably also the shake because triple chocolate with chocolate chips, Oreos, brownie bites, and fudge sounds too delicious to pass up.

But the roller skating rink is doing that Midnight skate thing with the fun lights like all day.

Who wants to hit that up in the afternoon with me?

I think I'd elect to dip chocolate chip cookies in the shake. :)))))))))))

OMG. That sounds like the perfect way to make it even better. Especially if they're just out of the oven!!!

Right!! But that makes them hard to dip because they're so soft so instead just scoop out the shake on the cookie! :)))))))

Yes, BUT in shake form that might be too liquidy! So I think you take all of those GREAT ingredients and you mix them up in ice cream and then if you can wait (which I sometimes cannot so I get it) for it to re-freeze, THEN make the ice cream sandwich! And dip that in hot fudge. :))))))))

I should be able to freeze it to something firmer with a quick incantation but I'll give that a go.

When in doubt, just add more chocolate! That's my general rule of thumb for...most things! :)))
