Please be advised that this was an isolated incident, the details of which we are learning more and more about and thus can conclude that no one else is at risk. But also because this is a sensitive time currently, we will be arranging security details in the building on the floors where those who dropped in from other worlds live. If you're on the defense team and want to sign up for patrols, please contact the DOA.

Just to make sure I have this right, this place is sort of like Oz? Only instead of just taking Dorothy and Toto in a storm, it's taken all of us. We just... come and go as it pleases? And we haven't figured out a trigger or cause for these occurrences yet.
