This is Shepard, reporting from sector C12. I've got eyes on three of these owlbears and I think they've gone feral. I witnessed some forest creature attempt what I'm assuming was a spell that didn't work out. He's gotten clear and I'm prepared to engage. Requesting backup, just in case.

Sooooo everyone is changing ages except me and maybe Molly for now and I'm going out to get so many pastries for our new children so that they'll continue to love us and not run off somewhere that we can't take care of them. So I'm just going to kind of need you to maybe tell me really wonderful things about my future because if we're going to be here for at least fifteen years, it would be like super cool if I had something other than ~this~ to look forward to.

I think I've wrapped my head around this age thing as well as to be expected. I figure it's no weirder than showing up in a new world with a sister who's older than I remember, and we've already come to terms with that part of it, so why not this. But for those of you who've been here longer than we have, is this something that happens frequently? Do we need to put contingency plans in place in case we're suddenly unable to care for our kids? Or suddenly don't remember our lives thus far? Or is this like a one off sort of thing? Honestly, I'm leaning toward contingency plans regardless.
