Since showing up, I've been looking into setting up a couple support groups. One would be for people who died in their own realities and are dealing with the aftermath of that. I know that it can be a hard adjustment, particularly in the case of traumatic deaths.

The other would be a sort of Alcoholics and Narcotics Anonymous. Back home I struggled with substance abuse issues, but having a group to talk to really helped me with that. I thought it could be helpful to people here too. I figured I'd put up something to see if there was any interest. Obviously, you're welcome to respond privately, and you don't have to respond at all. I just think that this could be something that could be good for people.

But it's fine. I've been kidnapped before. This seems slightly better than having to figure out a way out of the back of a Thai drug lord's car or dealing with Somali pirates who have taken my friend's yacht hostage. Still weird though. Still very trippy. Nothing wild has passed through my liver to explain this - okay, I mean, not recently.

What should I do if I'm having a panic attack? Breathe into a paper bag?

Should things remain on track, we'll be opening The Underground in early April. It's intended to be a public training house, with monthly fight clubs evenings to follow at a more specific date.
