Since there are a bunch of new people showing up who are kids and that doesn't make me feel nervous at all about what's coming hahahaaaaa, I thought maybe I'd post my list of things that've helped me. Maybe it'll help you too. Maybe it won't. But it's important to check in with yourself because this shitfest is a lot for anyone to handle, and I say that on my second round.

Anyway. (  It got long, deal with it.  ) I think that's it, but I'll add more to this if anyone has any suggestions. Basically: take care of yourself, make friends, and stick the fuck together.
