Alas, we would all be wrong.

I just saw the 2012 Olympics. But I'm fairly sure I traveled to see it from some time around 2006. Was also the torch bearer, and some other things. All in a day's work. No big deal.

And yet I woke up a bit sad. Maybe a storm really is approaching. Because she said forever.

These dreams keep getting weirder. Well naff.

Almost got executed by the Happiness Patrol the other night. They painted the TARDIS bright pink, which... yeah, not a good look for her.

Hmph! Not the best set of dreams I've ever had. But I suppose there's really no way to make Cybermen a keen thing.

On the other hand, you lot were brilliant. Lovely job, Tara (as always), Rose, and Rickey. Just brilliant. Plus Pete's world was pretty nice, wasn't it? I thought it was nice. Could have used more little shops, but I expect that will come when they're a bit less busy with steel invasions.

Now what's this about bouncy castles?

I was just looking up things to do in the city in the summer, and I came across a drive-in theatre that plays old movies. And you know what I realized that's kind of funny?

I've never seen Back to the Future before.

It's playing at the drive-in cinema later this week. Anyone like to make a night of it?

Alright, so I was hoping that I would miss out on this dream bandwagon, but noooo. I had a weird dream about aliens! Okay, so that's not that interesting, but they were creepy mannequin type aliens and I was swallowed by a freaking trash bin! And Rose was there and she ended up running off with a guy called The Doctor in a blue Police box kinda rude.

Suppose I can't deny my dreams, now. I've just successfully traveled back in time.

Well, it wasn't entirely successful. Kind of an accident. Well, sort of. I've wanted to travel the Time Vortex since I realized who I am. Still, didn't quite mean to do it that way.

Maybe it'll be easier next time.

Just had another dream where some scientist created a machine that changes his molecular structure and first it made him young, but then it turned him into this bug like creature and it almost hurt my sister. My mother wasn't too happy that I'd run off with The Doctor and even slapped him at one point. In the end, I finally became a full fledged Companion.

Hello everyone!

Lovely faces all over this network, brilliant thing really. Absolutely love socializing. Which obviously means you do too if you're on it, so that means you should come to my Gala!

Of course I still don't actually have it all planned out, apparently you need to save time at the museum in advance. A bit annoying really, they weren't exactly doing anything today and I already had plenty of stuff ready to go. Still, absolutely fantastic that they said I could! May 5th, Cinco de Mayo, will be the Gala! Day and night and all of that. Well I suppose exhibit is more accurate for the day time aspects...

WHATEVER. Night will have the ballroom open for dancing and music; required quite a bit of discussion, but I was apparently able to get my University President to agree to it.

OH RIGHT! Brilliant news, I'm in the running to be hired by Stanford and the University of Southern California, as a full time professor of their History programs. Already have lists of classes I'd like to teach, proposals of all varying sorts. Just not sure which University I should truly go to.

Each sound brilliant, but each are pretty permanent, not a fan of that; oh well, such is life! I'm sure I'll find plenty of time to travel in the mean time.

What was I babbling on about--oh right, the gala! It will be fun, remarkable fun! I assure you all that you'll want to be there, and if you don't; well, I'm sure your significant other will drag you anyway.

Hello everyone!

Right, you might not know me. My name's Dr. Troy--wait, I think I've done this bit. Yes, I have. Still brilliant meeting all of you! Last time, and this time, and future times!

I'm sure we'll share a cup of tea, or some jammie dodgers. Love a Jammie Dodger. Can't seem to get them anywhere around here though, a bit depressing, but no matter.

Just had a bowl of three packages of Top Ramen! Fantastic meal, and for so cheap. Fascinating stuff really, and was a great meal while watching Antique Road Show.

That being said, it gave me a great idea! I have brilliant things, so much brilliant things I thought I'd hold a gala, or event, or something of the sort to show off the brilliant things I have collected. I have what might actually be a primitive toothbrush device from Ancient Sumeria. Granted, I'm not entirely sure that that is what it was used for, it could be something more. Still, looks very toothbrushy.

Anyway! It wouldn't be my centerpiece, of course, I have far more brilliant things for that.

I don't know when the gala is, but I have reserved time at the museum; just, I may require donations in order to fund the gala. Not sure, working on that, until then exciting!

Excelsior and things!

Not only did I, finally, have another dream last night, but when I woke up, the red leather jacket that I've been wearing in the dreams was hanging on the back of my bedroom door. I'm seriously already in love with this jacket. I'm not even that into clothes and stuff like that, but this jacket is gorgeous. I might never take it off.

Now, about my dream. The Doctor took me to New New York in five billion and fifty three on New Earth. I found out a little about his last Companion and that he'd brought her there before too. Can you say rebound? And then I got kidnapped so that this couple could get into the future version of the carpool lane, called the Motorway. Except that it wasn't exactly faster, because it was going to take six years for my kidnappers to reach where they were going. At one point we started hearing strange noises and they told me about stories about cars disappearing. Suffice to say, we almost got killed by alien crab things that fed off the gas from the cars or something like that. In the end The Doctor saved us and then there was this giant head called The Face of Boe that died after telling The Doctor something. I also found out a little more about The Doctor before we left.

Annie, the girl who kidnapped me looked exactly like you, but her name was Cheen.

I've been so wrapped up in my dreams lately it's sometimes hard to remember that I'm not just the Doctor. I'm also John Smith. I'm a writer. A novelist.

That said, I'd be very happy to invite you all to my book release party. It's a bit less than two weeks -- the Wednesday after next. [Address] My publisher is throwing it, and it's going to be a low key sort of affair, so no need to really dress up.

My book will be available for purchase, too, as it hits the shelves on the next day. If you're interested in books about adventures, travel, pirates and and space dinosaurs, I think you might like it.

I've been following the Net for the past few weeks, trying to see if anyone has had a similar experience to mine. I'm having a bit of an identity crisis, to be honest, about my dreams.

I've dreamed some more since John told me who what I truly am. Seen so much more of the universe, time and space. I think I've finally come to believe it.

I am the TARDIS. Time and Relative Dimension in Space, Build Site: Gallifrey Blackhole Shipyard, Type 40 Build Date: 1963. Companion to the Doctor forever, his ship and his friend all at once. I am the soul of the TARDIS.

I really should warn you lot about what resides within that castle. They have no mercy, and they have total obedience to the queen. If we're very very unlucky, there'll be demonic teapots and then there will be the dolls.

I've had some more of those dreams. Last night, Nine and Rose (that was her name, I know her name now) were in 10 Downing Street. With weird aliens that could hide in human skin, unzipping themselves. Slitheen. That's what they were called. I knew everything about them, and yet I was learning so much more.

They were kind of... Well, gross. To be honest.

They tried to take over the Earth, forcefully. We stopped them. As we do, right?

I look forward to seeing more.

I've had some more weird dreams lately. The past few nights have been full of adventure and fun, journeys that feel more real than fantasy. I feel that I need to share -- it's just all so fantastic!

There was a man, with short cropped hair, leather jacket and big ears. I thought of him as Nine. He was so lost, so alone, until he found the blonde. She is saving him, I think. I want to see more.

I've had more dreams of the other man, too. Ten. He has my best friend's face. The blonde is traveling with him as well, and I think they might have saved each other. They look so happy.

It's all jumbled, but I think I'm starting to see the lines coming together.

Everything I've seen, imagined, and dreamed has brought me to a realization though:

I've never seen my face in my dreams. I see everyone else, but not me. I wonder what it means.

It has come to my attention that in this economy, money is rather tight and that I remain, woefully, unemployed. And so I throw myself at you, Orange County network, to help me find gainful employment. My skills and work history are as follows:

  1. Architecture and construction (in Italy, Iran, and France)
  2. Composer and musician (specializing in operatic singing, piano, organ, and violin, but I'm able to pick up most instruments fairly quickly)
  3. Ventriloquism
  4. Part time inventor
  5. Odd jobs starting in Belgium and moving across Europe, up to and including gardening, janitorial work and being a side show freak a performer in a circus
  6. Illusionist (or magician if you prefer)
  7. Assassin in Iran

I could swear to you up and down that I have, in fact, built palaces for the president of Iran, as well as provided musical entertainment, but I hear he's a hard man to get a hold of these days.

If  you have any need for any of these skills, please contact me here or through a private message.

Your most humble servant,
E.G.

I had the strangest dream last night. Not only was I in England, but I had a pretty wicked English accent. But that wasn't the strange part; no not at all. The strange part was that, the hospital I worked at got transported to the moon and invaded by giant rhino/aliens. They were looking for some other alien. And there was man there who called himself The Doctor. He had a blue suit and red chucks and some device that he called a Sonic Screwdriver. And he kissed me.

The other weird part about it was that my parents were divorced and my dad was dating some blond bimbo. Leo was turning twenty one, which is odd since that was a couple of years ago.

Then The Doctor showed up while my entire family was having an argument outside and he had a...a spaceship that looked like a blue police box and he offered to take me on a trip.

I think I'm going to chalk it all up to exhaustion and all that time I spent in the hospital over the last few weeks.

This ah, this plague thing is really kind of messed up, huh? I, ah... anyone else find it just a little freaky how many people are sick? Sure seems like a scary movie come to life to me. Things are dead out in the world, and every time I look outside, it seems like nothing is moving on the streets. Even with the cure out and about, supposedly, with these new inhalers? Will they work? Is anyone getting better?

Sure makes it hard to work, too. Can't really go in and work hard at the job when the government keeps sending you home when you step outside your door. Anyone know any ways to work around this?

Not that I'm sure I could do very well, I mean, with this illness, but... got to pay rent, right?

Move to America, they said.
It's a land of opportunities and wonder, they said.
California is where you want to be if you want to make it, they said.

They forgot to mention the terrible death plague and blue people -- who are, apparently, not in a band.

Brilliant.

It seems that I am not as up-to-date with the news as others.

I just tried leaving my house to go to work, and got stopped immediately. There's a quarantine going on?

Ignorance is forever blissful, my friends. But now that I am stuck at home, I am bored out of my fucking skull. It doesn't help that I know I won't get sick. Yeah, optimism, I suppose. But it's true:

...I have never really been sick. Ever. Not that I can remember, anyway. My father always told me I was like a machine. When all the other kids in my classes brought new viruses with them to the base, I was just about the only one who never got sick.

Guess I'm just lucky.

And bored. So bored.
