The phrase "look for the door with the red light" should never be used in giving directions to my parents house. I have no clue what the hell my brother was thinking telling people that.
It still surprises me how competitive my brothers get over the stupidest things. Maybe it's just me being a few years younger than them but where's the fun in seeing who can eat the most turkey before getting sick?
[Catty Turner]
Hey gorgeous. How was your Thanksgiving?
[Hazel Lancaster]
So I have what could be a weird question to ask you.
One of my teachers told us that they're giving everyone who shows up in costume to class five extra credit points. But it has to be an obvious costume. I'm debating between a mime - so I can use the excuse of I'm in character to not answer questions in the drama class they're making me take - or pulling out one of my suits and going as a businessman or something. I'm saving my real costume for later.
Chasing a 6 year-old around Disneyland all day is a lot of fun, but it's incredibly exhausting. On the bright side, it eliminated the usual "let me stay up another hour" debate. Annie's just as wiped as I am.
Hi, Valarnet. My name is Hazel Grace Lancaster, but you can just call me Hazel. I've heard this is THE place to be on the Interwebs, so here I am.
wow, that was lame
Are there any other book lovers on here? I am completely obsessed with post-apocalyptic fiction right now. I don't know what it is about that genre that has sucked me in, but I think it's really interesting to see all the different versions of the future. So many of them are realistic in the sense that you can see it really happening. I guess it makes me wonder what the world will really be like 150 years from now. I know I won't be around to see it and that's kind of sad, but I still like trying to imagine it.
Yeah this is why I need a calendar - I forgot that tomorrow is Labor Day and I'm supposed to be seeing a movie with my brothers tomorrow afternoon. They are never going to let me hear the end of it So somebody help me decide since I've seen both of the movies they want to watch - which is worth seeing again, Guardians of the Galaxy or Lucy? Or more worth seeing again I guess since I liked both of them.
So with school starting up I guess I need to go ahead and stop staying out with Catty until 3 or 4 up all night painting. Probably should have started working on that when I moved down here but I can't go back and change it right?
Anybody know a good place around here to grab a quick coffee that's on the way to Orange County School of the Arts? I see why everybody there refers to it as OCSA.
After some interesting and unexpected reactions apparently brought about by my share of the Orange County Dream Phenomena, I have been attempting to construct footwear that actually works for my feet. It's more challenging than I expected, and I have gained an increased respect for makers of custom footwear and other do-it-yourself modifiers of footwear and clothing.
