Valentine's Day is still a month away, but my restaurant is taking reservations already.

We'll have a special menu that night. Along with some particularly decadent desserts, we'll also have heart served four ways, for those adventurous enough to try it.

I was surprised to see a decent number of people in my restaurant last night. I thought Thanksgiving was more of a family affair, but I guess if you don't have family to celebrate with, then going to a restaurant is a good idea.

The menu was made specially for the occasion, of course. I couldn't help serving my grandmother's oyster dressing. It would feel wrong not to.

Being both relatively new to the city and an entrepreneur, I thought it might be wise to try and promote myself on social media.

Hello, my name is Jay Byrne. I've recently opened Lysander's, here in Orange County. Our opening night was Halloween, and I'm pleased to say it was a great success. Maybe because my cuisine is a little avant garde. I think a few return customers were surprised to see the menu unchanged after the holiday.

I like to work with the whole animal. There are few things I shy away from. Which means things like pig's blood soup might appear from time to time. While I'm focusing on my cajun roots for now, that may change as I explore my style.

We're opened seven nights a week, starting at four in the afternoon. Because we're new, I'm only concentrating on dinner, and making that perfect. Maybe some day I'll expand into lunch.

Hello, my name is Andrew Compton. My office secretary thinks I don't get out enough, and signed me up for this. Since it's not well known, she thought it might get me comfortable with interacting online. She really wanted to sign me up for a dating site, but I refused.

I don't know what this site is for, but hello nonetheless.
