Finally. I thought I would never stop being a cat. I have to say that I'm pretty amazing at fighting. Even if I did sort of attack a giant wrecking ball because I thought it might be dangerous. So naturally we're being attacked by Set's creatures. Serpopards are really annoying. But then again, so is Set. Is anyone surprised? But I defeated them. Go me.

So of course we're running from people who are chasing us with a coffin and I might have stolen a car. Might.

Oddly, that care was outside of my place this morning. So that was probably the more surprising parts of my morning.

Messed. Up.

I had another dream. This one involved my cousin Peter. We were talking casually about things that are supposed to be folklore, but we were talking about them like they were real. And my cousin is a werewolf in my Dreams. What the hell is up with that? He'd probably get a kick out of that, but I'm not telling him. He'd tell my whole family I'm insane.

So there's an obvious connection between this and the dreams.

How long does it usually take for people to start dreaming once they join this network?

Can Hollywood stop remaking movies that don't need to be remade? Just leave some things alone? I mean, I understand there are some things that need to be updated, but rebooting every superhero or horror series when the writers run out of ideas... that means you just need to hire better writers. Or move onto something else?

I saw on youtube they're rebooting the Blair Witch movies and... okay. I was too young to watch it when it came out, and I am not really a fan of shaky camera work to start with. I get seasick easily and it just... isn't pretty. But is that really something that can be redone now? The whole premise was it was something real that happened, and we know now it isn't? Because it’s an existing thing for us? I really just don't get it.

I've recently tried looking into more modern artists. Not the Modernist movement, but contemporary artists. I've turned my attention to Nicola Samorì, who does what they're calling Dark Baroque.

I find myself connecting with the work he does. The references he makes to classical painting, and the way he unpacks the conventions of Baroque art and turns them into his own. Showing them inside out.

It's fascinating. This piece I'm particularly drawn to.

My dad called me. I didn't answer it, but he left a voice mail. He wanted to know why he hadn't heard from me on father's day. He said he was disappointed. Seriously? He can't really expect me to call him back.

I'm worried that I'll have repeats of my dreams about him.

Maybe I should change my number.

Mom and Dad have bought their tickets and will be here in just over a month. I've missed them since moving out here and mom is really excited to go to the beach.

Does anyone have any recommendations for places they should see?

So everyone has odd dreams and discusses them publicly What the bloody hell is wrong with this place

I'm not formally used to this network sort of thing but I was told it could be of some use.

Seeing as I'm new to the area I was hoping some of you would be so kind as to point me in the direction of a reputable store for texts. Not the Twilight and Harry Potter sort. Real books of the new age and old.

And also a decent bar or two would be lovely.

In my dreams, I've been told I'm a survivor by my guardian. That's better than what other people call me. It's even better than what I call myself.

I find myself questioning if being a survivor is really a good thing though. I wonder how much more I'll have to endure. Even the head of F.B.I. has turned against me in my dreams. He forced me to look at something horrible while asking me questions. It's one more image I can't get out of my head. Maybe I deserve it. I feel like a monster.

Is it good to survive if the experience changes you?

When it's as nice as it has been, I dislike being cooped up inside a lecture hall. As a result, I might teacher my classes outside on Monday. There's nothing I do inside that I can't do outside.

I brought my mother flowers and took her out for lunch today. She was very pleased.

I think she is happy in her new home. It's very clean. They treat people well there. She likes her nurse. Good, they can take better care of her than I could.

I find it interesting that there seems to be a pattern on the network. More and more people waking up with tattoos.

I also had a tattoo in my dreams, but I've been working on completing it while awake. It didn't simply appear for me, I've had to work for it.

It should be finished in another two or three sessions. Another month or so. I'm anxious to have it completed.

Waking up with a tattoo was not something I expected, although given the path I chose in my dreams I should have figured that it would show up. My dreams have taught me a lot in regards to being a ninja, and the various techniques that I know how to do in my dreams. Performing them here, however, has been a bit challenging, but as each day passes I can feel myself learning better chakra control which helps.

I'm worried for my mother. She's getting on in years, and her health isn't as good as it used to be, and the recent weather has her frightened and confused.

I'm not sure I'm able to take care of her the way I'd like to, any longer. If someone could recommend a sort of retirement home where she could receive good care when she needs it, I would be much obliged.

I was asked by my employers to "share my knowledge" with the general public. Apparently I cannot simply hide in my office all the time, I need to "contribute" more.

That means that tomorrow I've been called upon to do an ArtStop. Fifteen minute presentations on one to three pieces of art.

Blake, I think. For mine.

Standing in front of a crowd and speaking for fifteen minutes is not my idea of "fun". Even if I like the topic.

They want to tape it.

I need to practice. Apparently I mumble.

I have been told this is a good place to get the word out about things happening around the county.

I've recently moved here to run a small but lovely art gallery and we're having our grand re-opening at the end of the month. I'll be posting more details up here soon.

I'm also going to be teaching a few art appreciation and art history classes at some of the local colleges so I hope to get to know some of you better through those if you attend.

I would like it to be cooler.

Autumn is the ideal time to take a book of poetry outside to read. Something from the Romantics, specifically. But it is still too warm to do that comfortably.

Well, I've been here for a few months now, and I've already been told that I work too much, and I need to get out there and meet new people.

Anyway, I'm Daisy Johnson. I'm twenty-six, from Chicago, work for Future Industries, and I love computers, hot wings, and beer. Also, terrible movies.

Is this what is considered socializing, now? Talking to each other from behind a computer.

I don't mind it. I find it fascinating and bizarre that we can be social without seeing someone face to face.

This is where I introduce myself, isn't it? My name is Francis, I work at the San Diego Museum of Art. I am a curator and an art historian.

"Labor Day" should technically be "Labor Free Day", right? Seems to be a misnomer to me. Of course, I've never been one to labor all that intensively. I only take note of it because it amuses me.

Little amuses me.

I'll take what I can get where I can get it.
