How long do these things usually last for here?

Sometimes, when I have a nightmare, I don't know if it's a Dream dream, or a regular dream and regular nightmare.

I just can't tell the difference any more.

When the state of the world is a mess that impacts your job and it just so happens to also be National Chocolate Cake Day, so all the stress baking comes out...

And this was after only two hours, and there are still plenty of more hours in the day to go along with the hits that just keep coming. Something tells me it will be gone before the end of the day at this rate.

How interesting. Not only have I not had any dreams since early last year, but those dreams all took place in the 21st Century; the one I just had took place all the way back in 1002 AD. My siblings and I were in France, fleeing from our father, which is appears we did for some time. I was growing more and more disgusted with everyone's eating habits and wanted to split up, but Elijah didn't seem to think that was a good idea. At some point we killed some nobles and Rebekah suggested we take their clothes and pose as them. It turns out when we killed the nobles, we missed a servant who had been sent to bring them to a nearby castle and we used him to help us pass as nobles.

Since it's us, I can only assume this is going to go wrong very quickly and very spectacularly.

Hello all, I'm Faith, the new curator at Niklaus Mikaelson's gallery.

While my trip to New York was very favourable, I am happy to be away from the East Coast's weather and back to warmer weather.

So, not only did I seemingly miss the entire month of October, and thus Halloween. But then I come back to the area and it would appear as though my business partner for Pimpernel Outreach, his wife and I think his brother in law all seem to think they're from Australia in the 1920s and are busy solving a murder mystery because....of course they are.

Never going to say I hate spending the night with Kat but it's generally because we're having fun. Not because of some bitch reporter posting pictures.

I like the ER, but I miss helping people one on one.

My dreams have had... unforeseen effects on my appearance. I have had no choice but to quit my job and remain inside for the moment.

I am curious, for those in the technology fields, about the existence of appearance masking devices and what it would take to get one.

Pimpernel Outreach is taking donations for people in the Bahamas. Non-perishable foods, clothes, any necessities, we will take it all. I will be having a helicopter make some airdrops to the Bahamas. They can certainly use all the help they can possibly get.

After dealing with insane galaxy destroying emperors, being dumped over the thinly veiled excuse of 'serving the empire better' is positively mundane.

And yet my dreams chose to highlight that moment over everything else once we sent the Emperor fleeing to unknown space.

I must say that I have never been so confused, or potentially concerned, as when I hear my wife in the other room scream "This is it, I'm ending this relationship." I haven't done anything warranting that being directed at me that I am aware of.

I had a suitably epic return in my dreams, following a vision to prevent Ragnarok, the destruction of Asgard.

In other words I kicked the ass of Surtur, the satanic ruler of Muspelheim, which is basically a hellscape, and fought a dragon as I escaped.

Now I've his crown hanging on my wall, since that's the closest thing to a trophy room I have here.

I really was expecting to be more nervous this close to the wedding but I just keep feeling even more certain that this time is right. The only bit I am nervous about is being away from our girls for so long. I haven’t spent more than a couple nights in a row away from them since getting custody back. I’m probably going to drive Regulus insane with wanting to check on them at my parents. And if by some miracle I don’t end up driving him nuts doing it I will end up driving mum and dad nuts with it.

I’ve been told that I’m not allowed to pop back while we’re away. No matter how messy things get here. If we end up facing another mini-apocalypse though...hopefully one of you can get around to making sure our house is still standing. I have to say, with the current state of, well everything, I'm honestly shocked that my work hasn't decided to permanently relocate me to along the border.

So, then... How many of you on the network have abilities that would label you as a 'healer'? Perhaps you have powers, or healing magic, or you can make curing potions. You may have been an apothecary in your dream life, or a medic?

My clinic would like to open up its doors to non-traditional healers. You could be employed here - we would put you in a regular staff position, such as a receptionist or office worker, but you could be called in to help with cases involving strange dreamer injuries or illnesses. I would never ask you to subject yourself to the scrutiny of the general public. Your role there can even be anonymous to everyone but me.

If this does not suit, I am also looking for those who would be more willing to be 'on call' in case of emergencies. This list, again, would be as confidential as you wish it to be - if you want your privacy protected, simply apply privately!

Well at least the Dreams, or whatever is behind the gifts we all wake up too from time to time, decided to wait until after my parents went home to drop seven years worth of Hogwarts texts onto my and Regulus’ bed. I should probably just be glad they landed in between the two of us and not on the foot where Aslan was sprawled. That is one conversation with his veterinarian I will happily avoid forever if I can.

I’m hoping to bring them to the Guild to add to the library so that anyone can look through them. I just don’t have space here for them and I would rather not worry about the girls picking one of them for their bedtime story. Is that alright with everyone?

It seems that my magic decided to start manifesting during that last invasion. And it couldn't have come at a better time either. Now I just need to better learn how to use it.

Well, I am sure I have no idea what all of THIS is, but Mercy Medical Clinic is prepared to help treat anyone with injuries.

We were going to open next week, but this current crisis requires an early start. We have a full medical staff available to treat injuries here, and I have trained them all not to ask any questions. Dreamers are especially safe!

We also should be getting a delivery of water bottles, blankets, and basic provisions for any who want to seek shelter.

So clearly things like snow in southern California and random snow globes that seem to replay memories are normal around here. I probably should've done better research before I moved, but too late now. Now that I'm somewhat settled in and past the holidays, I'm ready to get back to work. I'm a psychologist. I know that can be a hot button for people, so don't worry, I'm not really into psychoanalyzing people without their consent. I only do that to my siblings.

Talk about a blast from the past. The Spice Girls are doing a reunion tour of the UK next year. Well, only four of them. Victoria Beckham won't be joining them, which doesn't surprise me, but still. Slightly disappointing. It would be totally awesome if all five of them got together again some day. But I'm probably just being overly hopeful on that front.

This announcement just brought back memories. Lots of good girl power memories. And my first girl crushes.

The internet can be a wonderful tool when you're researching things, but sometimes it's the worst. Apparently there's a video game centering on the life I dream of. And there's a whole series of video games, a movie and comics spanning across the centuries in the world I dream of.

I've heard this is the best, and generally secure means to getting in touch with the local community, which is not something I've done so much in the past. I'm Leia Organa, and I've recently moved to the area.

I'm involved with the Legal Aid Office in Santa Ana, and the Center for Human Rights and Constitutional Law. They've both got a pretty healthy social media presence already, but I thought it might be another way to reach out.

I've heard that also .. using this network is, just the done thing around here.

It’s definitely a little strange

Honestly? Klaus left me daggered for over nine hundred years! Why does this not surprise me in the least? Of course I wasn't the only one daggered, but I was daggered the longest. Upon being undaggered, I can assure you that I was not very happy about having nine hundred years stolen from me and as a result, I plan on leaving Klaus along with my other siblings. Of course before we could do that, we got quite the shock.

It's a good thing I have the dagger, that I received, hidden so that hopefully that'll never happen in the waking world.

I had this really weird dream earlier today and I've been so busy that I completely forgot to post on here, but it seems like the ones that everyone talks about.

I lived on a place that looked a lot like Earth, but it was called Naboo. It was kind of a fast forward of growing up in this world and discovering there's a whole other galaxy of planets out there. I joined some youth programs that taught about the government/senate and was eventually elected Queen of the planet. Who elects a 14 year old girl to be a Queen?!?!

I had the most bizarre dream last night. My brother and I were children, and he'd transformed himself into a snake, because he knows that I love snakes. So I went to pick up the snake to admire it and he transformed back into himself. He was like 'Yeah it's me!" And he stabbed me.

I believe we were eight at the time.

That is so something that Loki would do, too.

So, I'm not quite the social media type of girl, but being new around here, I feel the need to ask all of you a very important question. Who has the best stock of liquor here? Can be bar, liquor store or otherwise.
