I've decided to hire a personal assistant. Any interested parties can forward their resumes and cover letters.

Wouldn’t it make more sense to replace the dandelion crayon with another yellow? Or maybe a light orange? Anything but another blue shade really.

I hate to bother those on this network for something that may seem trivial, but eventually I will run out of sick leave. And there is also that I dislike being away from my work laboratory when there is, well, plenty of work to actually be done.

But I have something of a problem. Magic is one specialization I am not well-versed in, but if there is a way to, say, hide appearances in the event that one has experienced a rather jarring 'dream bleedover'? I would be most appreciative of the help. And would find a way to provide compensation, of course.

At least being home has allowed me to read in excess. The world's largest dinosaur footprint was only recently just discovered in Australia! That is exciting, isn't it?

If I never see another Valentine or glitter ever again, it will be too soon. Despite the cleaning I did before I left yesterday and the janitorial staff cleaning - there is still glitter from the children’s Valentine party all over my classroom. The kids had fun though and that’s the important thing right?

The Golden Girls is now on hulu. Which means that I am pretty much velcroed to my couch for the night with some cheesecake.

I'm probably way more excited than I should be about this!

I love my son but I really don't miss him being in our room. He's good at being in his own room now but he stayed in ours last night and I woke up on the edge of the bed with his foot in my face as he star fished.

It's a new year and I think I need to start making changes to my life.

As much as I like working at DP, cause I have a pretty awesome boss, I think that it's time that I start looking for a job in what I have a degree in. Any help in landing a job in the "computer science" world would be greatly appreciated. It's just time that I get a full-time 'adult' job, you know.

Hard to believe that this time next week Audrey and I will be celebrating our 3rd wedding anniversary. We have two beautiful kids, a wonderful home and I still love her with all my heart. I'm a pretty lucky guy.

This is the first time one of my dreams has taken place outside of Camelot. I dreamt that we went with Merlin to visit his hometown so that we could help fight off a group of bandits that were stealing their crops and putting their survival at risk. I thought dreaming of somewhere else would be a relief, but it wasn’t - it was just odd.

I’m glad we were able to help them though.

I've been given the okay to announce this finally, and I gotta tell you folks I'm real damn excited to be able to do so. It's been real hard not to shout it from the rooftops, and I may have pushed a little hard to tell our friends and family a bit early. Now, however, we both feel it's safe to let everyone else know.

Peggy's pregnant, 15 weeks along right now, and I couldn't be happier. Another week until we might be able to find out what the sex of the baby is, but for right now? It doesn't matter to me. I'll be happy either way just as long as Peggy and the baby are both happy and healthy. That's all that matters to me.

One week into my Maternity Leave and I've gone completely stir crazy. Ben and I are hanging out all day, playing alphabet games and reading books, and all I want is to not be pregnant anymore! (Aka, to have the new baby out and in my arms! Hopefully less than 10 days to baby. Fingers crossed for me?

Hi, all! My name is Presto and I spotted a few notes about this place in a notebook at UC: Irvine. Thought I would check it out.

I'm a computer engineering student, and I work on campus, and pretty much have a boring life, unless you really like magic tricks, in which case, I know about a billion of those.

I am now officially a law graduate. Now all I have to do is find a job. That should hopefully be easy enough, it's not like there's not a shortage of law firms around.

I never thought I'd actually be grateful to have another one of those Dreams, but thinking about it has kept me distracted today - Morgana was taking care of a sick Druid boy that Merlin brought to her rooms and I was trying to help her, trying to get her to leave him to me to look after for a little bit while she rested, when Merlin showed up at her rooms again. Nothing either of us could think of was helping him, and Morgana claimed he was saying her name even though he was too far gone with a fever to speak, so she begged Merlin to get Gaius so that he could do something to save his life.

Somehow I got convinced to help them smuggle the little boy out of Camelot - although that probably didn't take much convincing on anyone's part considering I know what it's like to face the threat of execution for having magic. At least me in the Dreams does. We had everything ready, in place, and then they got caught by Arthur and the guards, and the child was supposed to be executed at dawn. But somehow Morgana convinced Arthur to help get Mordred out of the city - while she dined with Uther.

Sometimes these dreams leave me with so many questions that I know I'll probably never get the answer too - like exactly what Morgana said to get him to help.

With all these spells I'm collecting I should totally just make my own spell book. Seriously.

I hope everyone had a lovely Mother's Day. I spent a nice day in with my mother and my daughter. We didn't do much to celebrate the holiday, actually, other than foregoing chores for the day. But that's pretty much the best way to spend the holiday, isn't it?

I'm not leaving my house today. I just don't feel like it. It's Sunday, and all I want to do is lay around, eating ice cream and watching movies. I need movie recommendations. Nothing too scary, and nothing too sad.

Oh man! I felt the baby move! Sorry if that's an over-share, but I'm just really excited!

So Audrey and I are happy to announce that we are expecting another baby! He or she is due in September and we're ridiculously excited. As is Ben about becoming a big brother.

Did anyone else eat Green Eggs yesterday? I saw this video about how red cabbage water (the stuff at-home kid scientists use to make litmus paper?) reacts with egg whites and turns them green. Amazing, right? Dr. Seuss would be so proud. You know he would have been 112 yesterday.

It's official. Kenzi is the only person in my dreams who isn't a fucking asshole and lying to me left and right. I'm done with the Fae and their fucking politics. Screw them all. And Lauren can go to hell as far as I'm concerned.

Also no thanks to Vex because I woke up with that stab wound, but again, thank you Lara for helping take care of it. As much as I don't want my powers, that healing ability would seriously come in handy.

And going off of that, do any of you have experience with Fae creatures? Because I'm going to need help when my powers decide to come. Specifically, I'm a succubus, I feed off of chi, or life energy, of people during sex. My powers haven't manifested here yet, but I do feel...different. Like they could come at any time. And as I have a girlfriend, I'd like to be able to not kill her.

There's a scientist in my dreams who gave me some shots of some formula thing that helped to control my powers a bit while I learned how to control them. So essentially I'm looking for something like that. You can poke me with as many needles as you want, do any tests you want, I'll be a guinea pig if it means I don't kill my girlfriend.

I watched a little bit of kids tv with Ben this morning and it's awful these days. So dumbed down and just terrible storylines, I've decided I need to show him cartoons from the good old days when his dad was a kid :)

Britain facing 'longest winter in 50 years' as Siberian swan arrives early

I have to admit the weather back home is not something I miss. I do however miss the news sometimes.

Caspian and I have been having quite the time at Disney World. Yes, we chose Disney World for our honeymoon. Neither of us had been here before, so we decided it would be fun. We attended one of the Halloween parties the other night dressed as Flynn Rider and Prince Eric. We also got groom Mickey ear hats and Just Married buttons. I almost don't want to return to the real world this weekend, but I am missing my cat a little bit.

Halloween costumes and candy in the stores already is one thing but could we get past that holiday before networks start advertising their Christmas movies? Or at the very least through the month of September?

This place is like the biggest freaking asshole ever. How is it that 1. I'm officially nocturnal, 2. I can't go out in the daytime without shriveling up and dying (seriously, already tried that one with a fancy ring), and 3. My tribal tattoos just randomly appeared and yet none of my tribe's magic has touched me at all? Like, I can't do shit. Come on, Orange County.

It's reaaaaaally lonely when you have 3959294 hours to kill during the night but luckily I still have my night job. I'm just not dancing anymore, I'm managing the club. Before you ask, no, it's not really all that great to look at tits and asses constantly and I was making more dancing than I am running the place.

I've been taking advantage of the time I have free now that the school year's ended to start going through some things that have been just sitting in storage since the accident since I left on my trip. A lot of good memories in those boxes. I even found my parents wedding picture and hung it on the wall, a little bit crooked, but it's still hanging and that's what matters.

It seems like the dreams intend to make up for lost time now that I've started having them and I might have spoken too soon about them being pleasant. While they're not as awful as some of the ones I've heard about they're definitely not the best dreams I've ever had.

I never thought I'd be quite this level of happy at having a night of uninterrupted sleep.

But I am ridiculously happy. And grateful to Ben for not waking up and crying. Though I think Audrey still got up to check on him just in case.

Now that spring is here I've noticed that my students favorite part of the school day has changed. Where it used to be art or story time that they seemed to look forward to the most, it's now recess and I can't pretend that I'm not enjoying getting to take them outside every day. And it does make it easier to keep them focused after they've gotten to go and play. Now if I could only get the boys and girls to realize they won't catch cooties from one another if they play with the same toys.

I have no idea what I'm going to do for a summer job. And that is a sentence I never thought I'd be using again.

So, for anyone who doesn't know, I am now a vampire. Have been for about two weeks now. No, I do not talk with a Transylvanian accent all of a sudden and no, I do not turn into a bat or mist or anything like that. Yes, I can go out in the sun because of a certain wizard who generously made me daylight jewelry a few months ago. And no, I'm not going around nomming on people at random. I've been working on my self control, which given who made me in the dreams, is pretty good, if I do say so myself.

So yeah. There it is. Been expecting this for awhile and now it's finally happened.

Okay cupcakes, anyone know where one could get a magical sheathe capable of holding a sword that can destroy ultimate evils but also kill the wielder in the process?

It's rather fascinating to watch the seemingly neverending parade of girl scouts bringing boxes and boxes of cookies into the Stark building. And they aren't even the ones to be sold to the staff.

When and how is the best way to tell your boss you think he has a cookie problem?

I just ate an entire box of Girl Scout Cookies and I'm not sorry.

Next week I start back at work full time and I have to say I already know it's going to be strange not seeing Aud and the baby. But I've been lucky to have this much time off.

I think that, at last, I had those dreams I've read so much about. I can't really think of another way to describe them, in any case. They're strange, aren't they? Stranger still when you think you recognize people from them.

In a way, I'm glad how it's turned out. I've read so much about awful dreams on here and I'm a bit ashamed to say that I'm happy mine aren't all that bad. Unless weird hair counts as bad.
