Because of the busy holiday season among other things, I haven’t had the chance to really talk or think about the dreams I’ve been having. I also didn’t really want to talk about them while Mother was here.
I’ve come to the realization that we are some very odd pirates.
We - the Straw Hat Pirates and myself - managed to find Skypea and how we did is actually incredibly amazing. We found someone who knew about it and he offered to modify The Going Merry, so we could use the Knock Up Stream (yes, I know how that sounds) to get to it. The Knock Up Stream is a powerful geyser in the middle of the ocean. It has been known to launch ships into the sky. However, most ships do not survive the ordeal and usually come crashing back down utterly destroyed and their crews usually all killed. So of course our captain wants to try it.
So, The Going Merry is outfitted with, and I’m not joking, a pair of wooden wings and a chicken cap on the goat figure head on the bow of the ship. Our main mast, which had suffered some damage, is reinforced as well. It looked so outlandish, but it actually worked. We actually flew for a little bit before arriving at what I can only describe as an ocean in the clouds.
To make a long story short, we arrive at Skypea, which is in fact an island in the sky, met a girl named Conis, who is nice enough to give us lunch. She tells us that the island is ruled over by a man who, again, I’m not joking, calls himself God. However, because we didn’t pay this exorbitant toll when we entered the clouds, this giant crab and these men in white berets show up and impound the ship with myself, Miss Navigator, Mr. Reindeer and Mr. Swordsman still onboard. We’re taken to what I can only describe as some kind of alter in the middle of the woods and left there. I don’t know if we intended to be sacrificed, but we decided we had better leave the ship. Miss Navigator, Mr. Swordsman and I do so, and Mr. Reindeer stays behind to guard The Going Merry.
And as things happen, we all end up getting split up. I discover that there are ruins of an ancient city that contains a golden bell and a massive amount of treasure, but more importantly a ponyglyph that I’m pretty sure will hold the world’s Lost History that I’m searching for, so I go off to find it. I come across God’s (whose real name is Enel, I think) enforcer, a man named Yama. I end up having to fight him and defeat him without too much problem.
The Too Long; Didn’t Read summary: I dreamed of flying up a giant geyser, finding island in a sea in the clouds, being whisked away by a giant crab, a ruler who calls himself God and searching for a city that may or may not exist, but supposedly has incredible wealth and answers I’ve been searching my whole life for.
Also, I forgot to mention, apparently there is a civil war going on between the denizens of Skypea over ancient homeland, but we don’t really seem to care much about that.
