Now there's one stomping about outside.

I swear this isn't my fault.

I was just enjoying my coffee, suddenly there's like tiny teddy bears in the backyard, running around in the trees.


They are adorable!

Nearly had a heart attack this morning. I thought that was Starkiller Base in the sky for a second. Not that the Death Star is any better.

This is nowhere near cool, OC. Knock it off.

Edit: Oh great, there are Stormtroopers now.

When you see your life in boxes it's easy to think 'oh, I don't have that much'. And then you start unpacking.

It took three hours to unpack the kitchen and I don't even cook, it's not like I have the latest gadgets or anything. There's a coffee maker and a slow cooker and the rest is just random kitchen stuff. How does that take three hours?

My bedroom still isn't unpacked and it's been four days.

I just needed to see people, and that led to a beach for surfing, which led to recommendations for local stuff. So here we are, avoiding more unpacking.

Well, it appears I've been adopted by an Ewok. Cute, bit skittish. But he followed me to Pimpernel Outreach and the kids seem to love him. I'm not entirely sure he understands the story that's being read for story time, but he still seems quite taken with it all the same.

Um tell me you guys are seeing the things outside and it's not just a crazy dream?

There are Ewoks in the old treehouse in my backyard. I've seen a lot of crazy stuff over the last couple of years, but I never thought Ewoks would move into our treehouse. Dragon keeps barking at the patio door, but I don't want to let him out. I'm honestly not sure who I'm more worried about if I do let him out, him or the Ewoks.

Intense dreams about things that never happened, and Ewoks in the trees.

What even is my life, now?

I think I dreamed up an entire alternate life for myself last night.

On the space ship, which is apparently called The Ark, and is actually a space station made up of 12 space stations that joined together in an event called Unity Day.

And I just have one thing to say. What in the fresh hell?

What n'the hell is this?? Got some teddy bears jabberin' in my backyard an' messin' with my grill! I tried shooin' them away but now they think the Yaka arrow is some kinda magic. Up and started with this weird chantin' and carryin' on like...I dunno, but now they keep followin' me around!

I feel like I woke up in one of Simon's movies.

I got my delivery this afternoon, one tried to steal from me! Quick reflexes kicked in and was able to get my bag of flour back. but I decided they must be hungry and thirsty so I put some food out on a tray and paper cups of water.

Big mistake. They have been chanting, banging on the door and the wall to get my attention for more. I gave in, went to put another tray out, nearly tripped over rocks and noticed the weeds that appeared outside the door. I'm assuming it's payment.

Max is going to love seeing them when he gets out of school.

First the dreams and now there's Ewoks ransacking my car and I think I'm OK with it. Ohhh, I know someone who is gonna have a field day with this.

Tell me fellow OCers, who else isn't even remotely human in their dreams? Bet'cha I got ya beat on how not human you can get.

Six months. Nearly six months I go without dreams or noticing anything fucking weird happening, and then D had to go and start using this stupid Network again and now there are fucking space teddy bears running all over the place.

I should have known better.

I think getting my blaster this morning was a sign. BB-8 and I are going out there. Gotta try to take down some of these Stormtroopers. They're starting to hassle the neighbors and I just can't let that happen. Anyone wanna come join me, I'm gonna make my way towards Navy base in Seal Beach.

Just watched some of the bear critters take down a big walker usin' a couple of telephone poles.

Gotta say, I really like these guys.


Cept I'm also pretty sure they're about to BBQ one of the troopers an' that ain't right.

Normally I would hate party crashers but how could anyone be mad about these guys invading their backyard birthday party?

Ewoks can feel free to crash my birthday every year if they want. Although they did seem a little confused by the custom cake Mina got me Pretend there's a picture of a lifesize ewok cake.

It's definitely nice to be States side again.

Anyone have any recommendations for restaurants to check out?

My daughter just called asking to go to where the celebration's at. I said yes. Is that better than her asking for an Ewok as a pet?

I'm not even going to lie, today has been so much fun! I know not everyone feels the same way, but getting to use my powers as much as I did today and helping as many people as I did is just exhilarating. Those Stormtroopers didn't know what to make of the fact that their blasters had no affect on me and I was able to pull the legs off those Walkers with my bare hands.

Anyone else have a good time today?

Finally, a chance to show off my skills. Lightsabers aren't too different than rapiers.

What in the world are these creepy teddy bear like things?! One has taken up residence in my bed and is shedding more hair than my mother does when she's upset.

How had I never noticed how into Star Wars this part of California actually was on May the 4th? I know that it's inconveniencing a lot of people with all of these performers running around but it's not all that bad - they interrupted my shoot so for once I'll actually get my homework done without having to stay up all night.
