Man, being friends with Mulan is TOUGH! I mean, everyone wants her autograph, she always has to have the perfect smile for pictures...it's been HOT too! I hope that girl gets some well deserved time off!

But seriously, I know it's the summer and Southern California, but DOES IT HAVE TO BE SO HOT? I'll be someone's best friend if I can borrow their pool.

I may have picked up Pokemon Go again now that they've added in a bunch of new features. And it may have rekindled my obsession with the game. I've got Pokeball shaped cookies at the bakery, and not only are we a gym, but there are two pokestops across the street that you can reach from the lobby.

All Pokemon trainers are welcome, though just know that if you take over the Baxter Bakery gym, it'll be blue again within the hour. ;)

I do not know if anyone is watching the World Cup, but England actually made it through to the quarterfinals after defeating Columbia on penalty kicks! England is notorious for losing penalty kicks, if the matches get to that point, so it was positively brilliant to watch them pull through today. I am proud of my countrymen for not disappointing us once again.

I couldn't sleep last night after seeing this on my news feed. Poor girl! I can't imagine how I would feel to wake up and not be able to dance :-(

I always thought that People of Walmart were a myth. Or at least an over-exaggeration. I mean, how many people really go to the store that way? And then tonight, I stopped by the grocery store after getting off work and saw a guy with his pet rabbit, wearing sunglasses, just perched on his shoulder while he shopped.

I can’t even judge him. I think I caught a glimpse of Armin and I in a few years time.

Has anyone asked what everyone's doing for tomorrow? Are you a real life fireworks kind of person or someone who prefers seeing them on TV? Do you eat a hotdog and wave flags or is it just another day?

My family usually had a cookout, and traveled to find fireworks near the beach. If you haven't tried it, go for it. I'm still on the fence if I want to try and head out and do something or just stay home and drink.

So. I've probably actually lost my mind. There really are dinosaurs. I wanted one. Clara said no. =(.. God I sound insane.
