There are two cable service vans across the street from my house, and as I'm laying here, trying to read, I can hear them opening and closing the doors. It's ridiculous. How many times do they need to open and close those doors? I keep thinking that someone's going to knock on my door, since the vans are so close to my house. I get all tense. Don't ring the bell! I think, since Ben is taking his nap. But then nothing happens.

I got up to look through the window, but I got dizzy and had to sit down again. Maybe I should be napping with Ben.

The dreams are fascinating. I think I formally protest them, though, I rather like my life here. I don't need to dream of anything else.

That said, I've decided the Need/Want needs a day celebrating the coming of summer. Suggestions are welcome.

Of all the things I am learning at the Yshari Sanctum, the most fascinating one is that my master, Isendra, is a hero. She fought and defeated the three Prime Evils and the forces of the Burning Hells. She was one of several heroes in that battle. So I rest assured that I am learning from the best. She also tells me that she believes a prophecy is speaking of me, and I believe her. I am already one of the more powerful magic users in the Sanctum despite being so young. They all say I am a prodigy, and it is difficult to argue with that.

Sighs. Seems whatever friend I have in my dreams are either trying to kill me, or neglected or dead
